Takeover of Joseph Paris and ACML
The division continues its development with the acquisition of these two companies specialised in metal frameworks and structures, as well as special machines.

Takeover of Castel Alu
A further step for the METAL division, steel construction continues to develop and a new activity appears, manufacturing steel and cross rope suspension towers.

Takeover of Barbot
With the acquisition of Barbot, Fayat METAL division again increases its steel framework expertise.

Takeover of Comete
With Comete, the lifting and handling equipment activity marks a further milestone.

Takeover of Viry
The division continues its development, Viry joins the architectural and aluminium construction centre.
2011
Takeover of Felix Constructions
Felix is a Swiss company specialised in the design and construction of architectural envelopes, particularly for high-prestige projects.
2019
Takeover of Arnaudeau and OSM
Fayat METAL reinforces its competences with Arnaudeau, expert in metal frameworks, roofing, cladding and locksmithing, and OSM in metal frameworks and mechanically welded assemblies.

Creation of the subsidiary FAYAT METAL GRANDS PROJETS
