WHAT A BEAUTIFUL STADIUM!

Handed over on 30 April, the new Stade de Bordeaux was inaugurated by Alain Juppé on 18 May, before the inaugural match of the Girondins de Bordeaux followed by the semi-finals of the Top 14 rugby championship and an open day for the people of Bordeaux.

An inaugural programme worthy of this structure, unanimously acclaimed for its beauty. Now it's time for the 30-year operation phase, which is being carried out in the same way as the construction phase, in partnership with Vinci.

"This is a great moment of joy and emotion, which I share with Clément Fayat, Laurent Fayat and all 20,000 employees of the Group," said Jean-Claude Fayat, Chairman of the Group, at the inauguration, which was attended by Thierry Braillard, Secretary of State for Sport.

Through this project, FAYAT has demonstrated its ability to mobilise its talents and energies for major public-private partnership projects.
