A SITE LOCATED IN A SECURITY ZONE
The project involves the construction of an industrial building for research purposes on the IFP Lyon site, with a gross floor area of around 3,800 m².
The building includes the following premises:
- A test hall designed to house pilot petrochemical refining units.
- Catalyst research laboratories.
- Storage of flammable products.
As the project is a research building, it involves a huge number of processes and therefore major interfaces between the structure and the various trades (fluids, HVAC, etc.). The experience and rigour of Castel's design office enabled us to synthesise and integrate all the requirements of the technical packages.
