Supply of lifting and handling equipment for Naval Group

palan_0.jpg

PALAN TJ 80T

To replace equipment that had become obsolete, we installed 2 overhead travelling cranes in Nave D, the "clean workshop" at the Naval Group site in Indret (south-west of Nantes).

These are used in particular for handling and assembling components for military equipment developed by the group.

The handling of these high added-value parts, manufactured on the site, is sensitive and complex, requiring slow and precise manoeuvres that the old equipment could not achieve.

TURNING BRIDGE

Double-girder overhead travelling crane + footbridge, 80t capacity, 20.75 m span, equipped with 2 TJ trolleys, a main 80t trolley (16/2) and an auxiliary 40t trolley (8/2) for turning parts, both equipped with platforms and controlled by a ventral radio control panel in "full proportional" mode from 0 to 100% of maximum speed.

STANDARD DECK

Below, 1 more standard bridge with a capacity of 10t, double girder, span 15.48 m with raised and offset girders to pass under the corbels of the 80t crane runways.
These two bridges are part of a global contract that includes the supply of several bridges at other Group sites, such as Lorient and Brest.
