MODERNISATION AND RENOVATION OF AN AUTOMATIC BRIDGE CRANE
SAS TARTARIN, a family-run business specialising in industrial and environmental concrete, awarded us a contract to renovate and modernise the travel drive of an automatic overhead travelling crane.
The equipment is used to handle moulded concrete products.
The first phase of the project involved changing the runways on the two 70-metre-long lanes.
The second phase involved replacing the complete travel gear, including rollers and geared motors.
Over a three-week period, the Parthenay teams carried out the work, checked the geometry, made the adjustments and commissioned the overhead travelling crane.
